Important Notice: New Member Orientation Requirement

 

Before submitting your membership application, please note that all new members are required to attend a mandatory New Member Orientation and complete both the National Association of REALTORS® Code of Ethics and Fair Housing courses. Course details will be provided once your membership is established.

 

You will have two opportunities to fulfill these requirements, both of which will typically occur within 30 to 120 days of your membership start date. Failure to complete orientation within this timeframe will result in a suspension of your membership. To return to active status, a $125 reactivation fee will apply, and you must attend the next available orientation session.

 

If you are joining MAAR as a Secondary member and provide a Letter of Good Standing from your Primary Association confirming that you’ve completed an orientation class within the past two years, you will be exempt from attending orientation.
